Up and running in under an hour.
This guide walks you through everything you need to go from a new account to a submitted sample. No IT involvement required.
Create your account
Log in at app.labservices.io. If you don't have an account yet, contact us and we'll set you up. Typically the same day.

Add your organisation details, invite your colleagues, and set up your default laboratory partners. Your regional manager may have already done this.
Create your first case
A case is a project: a building, a site, or a damage event. Give it a name, a client reference, and optionally link it to an address. All samples submitted under this project will be grouped here.
Submit your first sample
In the field, open the LabServices app, select your case, and register the sample: type, collection location, collection date, and the lab to send it to. Press submit. The lab receives a structured submission instantly.
Track and receive results
Your sample appears on your dashboard with its current status. When the lab marks it as complete, you'll receive a push notification and the result appears in your case record.
Export your documentation
When the project is complete, go to the case record and select Export. Choose the format: PDF summary, chain-of-custody report, or full result pack, and download or share directly.
