For Laboratories
Your clients use LabServices. Here's what that means for you.
When a damage or environmental services company uses LabServices, their sample submissions come to you in a structured digital format. This guide explains what changes, and what stays the same.
What LabServices changes for labs
You receive structured submissions
Instead of an email with a PDF chain-of-custody form attached, you receive a structured digital submission: sample type, collection date, submitting organisation, and the client's reference number, all in one place.
You return results digitally
When analysis is complete, you upload results to the LabServices lab portal (or via API if you prefer). The client is notified instantly. No PDF email, no phone call to say results are ready.
Your existing process stays the same
LabServices is a submission and results layer. It does not change your internal laboratory workflow, your LIMS, or your accreditation processes. It only changes how submissions arrive and how results are delivered.
Your relationship with the client stays the same
LabServices does not change your commercial relationship with your clients. Pricing, turnaround agreements, and communication with the client continue as before.
