Log in
Access the LabServices app
Check your email for login credentials. Look for an email from noreply@labservices.io with your login link for app.labservices.io. You can add the app to your home screen on both iPhone and Android for quick field access.

Create a case
Your first project case
Set up your first case in the app. Each case tracks all samples, results, and documentation for a single project or damage event. Give it a reference number, address, and assign the responsible technician.

Submit samples from the field
Digital sample submission
Register samples on-site from the field app. Scan a QR code, tag the case, and note the sample location and type. The lab receives a structured submission the moment you press send. No paper chain-of-custody form. Works for asbestos, mould, air quality, and any other sample type.

Track results
Real-time result tracking
See when your sample is received, in analysis, and ready. You will receive a push notification when the result is in. No calls, no voicemail, no status chasing.

Export and close
Documentation at project close
At project close, export a complete documentation pack: chain of custody, result timestamps, and lab certificates, in three clicks. Insurer-ready, regulator-ready.
